ALL SALES ARE FINAL/ NO EXCHANGES.  We take great pride in creating top quality pottery.  Each piece is inspected several times before heading out the door.  Slight variations in color, shape and glaze texture are not considered flaws, they are part of what makes handmade pottery unique and fun!

On rare occasions, a technically flawed piece may be shipped out.  If you believe you have received a flawed piece, you may contact us for a return authorization and ship the piece back to us at your own expense.  If the piece is indeed flawed, you can then decide if you want us to send a replacement or receive a refund.  Return authorizations will only be issued within 4 weeks of the shipping date.

Occasionally, a piece may break during shipping.  Picture documentation is required.  We will then make a claim with the shipment company and send you a replacement once the claim is accepted.  Breakage claims must be initiated within one week after delivery.

A 10% processing fee will be deducted from cancelled and refunded orders.  Orders that have already shipped will not be refunded.
